SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Shipping and delivery within the continental United States: All in-stock items usually ship the next business day. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will advise you and either issue a refund or exchange the item. Each additional address will be charged separately. The U.S. Postal Service does not guarantee delivery times.

 

RETURN POLICY

We want everyone to look and feel great in our clothing!

If you do not feel that your purchase has met your expectations for any reason, simply return your product for an exchange or refund.

PLEASE NOTE that “It’s All Jesus” will accept returns under this policy only on unworn, unwashed merchandise with the tags still attached. Any items marked as final sale/non-returnable cannot be returned or exchanged.

Online Store Exchanges:

Within 30 days of your original order date you may return your item(s) with a copy of your invoice* for an exchange of a different size or style.  Please note that all of our items have limited quantities so exchanges are not guaranteed.

*If the original purchase invoice is not available, we will exchange or refund your item(s) in the amount of the original purchase price less current promotions and/or discounts (excluding shipping and handling charges).

Beyond 30 days after your original order date, returned merchandise will not be refunded or exchanged.

PREPAID RETURN LABELS:

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost on item(s) returned for a refund; ship your return using the method and cost of your choice and convenience. IT’S ALL JESUS WILL NOT ACCEPT C.O.Ds.

Christmas Shipping

We recommend all Christmas gift orders be placed by December 13th using upgraded UPS shipping to arrive before the holidays. The U.S. Postal Service does not guarantee delivery times. It is possible that orders placed after these dates, or with our standard shipping, may still arrive by Christmas depending on the carrier load and location.

 

HOLIDAY SHIPPING UPDATES:

We are extremely busy during this holiday season thanks to your amazing support, and we’re working as hard as we can to ensure your order will arrive on time for Christmas.

Please keep in mind, every order requires 6-8 business days of processing time before it leaves our warehouse, unless 2nd Day Air is selected at checkout. At this time, we are processing 2nd Day Air orders in 24 hours or less. Also note that the shipping time estimate displayed at checkout does not include this processing time, and is an estimate, meaning it is not guaranteed.

If you would like to have your order guaranteed to arrive by Christmas, you must place your order by December 18th with the 2 day air shipping option.

We ship via UPS + USPS depending on the shipping method selected at checkout, and we consistently see longer shipping times than expected due to volume, so please account for that extra shipping time as well.

We cannot guarantee the delivery times if there is a delay that is the result of unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as a typo or issue with the shipping address you’ve submitted, poor weather conditions, backlogs at the post office, etc. Packages shipping internationally cannot be guaranteed due to customs, duty requirements or postal service issues that are outside of our control.
